Installing a HU and subs into Bose equipped car?

My 2002 GP GT was not Bose equipped and I have an Alpine head unit with Alpine amp and subs. I recently got a 2002 GP GTP with the Bose system and I would like to move my head unit, amp and subs over to the GTP. What special things will be necessary to complete this installation?

Also anyone have a recommendation on the metra vs. The PAC swi-x?
