Inferno front air dam

Alright this thing is driving me nuts! So i got the spoiler and front air dam painted and installed but my problem is with the front air dam.

I got it screwed in place and its not going anywhere at all the problem is the part that contacts the lip of the car (where the old peice was clipped in) is recessed abit so the mounting tape cant grab anything. I went out and got some "industrial" strength 3M mounting tape thinking I could retape it a little closer to the front of the car and put it up no problem. Well its up there it looks liek compelte crap because some parts dip a little lower then they should (not a snug fit) and the stuff has abit of thinkness to it which means you can see it in some spots that arent snug. I am thinking of finding double sided duct tape or something I cant figure out how to make that thing stay in place. The area around the foglights and side taped perfectly and i couldnt pull it off if i wanted to.

Help a newbie please! I DEMAND PERFECTION!
