I have my car back together after my lim gasket change but now it runs super rough. I am pretty sure its my vacuum lines. im looking for detailed pics of vacuum lines where they run what they go to all that fun stuff if you.could help me out that would be great!

this is how it should be set up.

that open port in your first pic is the way its supposed to be, all is good there. its a vent, it used to have a foam filter on it. but they fall off. not a problem.

out the back of the sc? hows that possible? you sure its not oil leaking and burning off?

your check engine light on? last known tune up?

ok read the first post, missed it before. just did the lim gaskets. you got the two O rings in place on the lim? or the lim's coolant ports sealed off?

do you smell coolant burning? see it leaking anywhere? the only way coolant can come out of the gasket area is if the 2 ports are leaking, then force it out the gasket. or the matting surfaces were not cleaned well enough, maybe a chunk of old gasket got left on the lim or sc?

spray some carb cleaner around the engine, and lim and sc. if the idle jumps up you got a vac leak.

and the fat vac hose off tb, that goes to the evap, is that hose ok ? they crack too and cause a huge vac leak.

what it seems like I need to do is take the lim gasket off and redo.it... idk tho im fairly positive its not a vacuum leak but you never know

everything vacuum wise looks correct. White smoke is not a vacuum leak. Like scotty said, did you install the two yellow o rings behind the egr hole on the LIM with your gasket also? White smoke is usually water burning...

Hold your hand against your passenger side tip (while the car is running) for a few seconds, pull it away and look... Bet your hand's wet...

yea but what does that mean? I'd I have water coming out and I didn't have any antifreeze in it why would that happen? btw I forgot to mention the car say for maybe 2 months before I started it. and yes I put the o rings in on the egr under the supercharger.

Condensation would go away fairly quickly.. And even though you did drain coolant for the LIM job, you still have water in your block. Once the pump starts circulating water from the block will move around.

IF you did put your hand back there and your hand is wet then you are blowing water through your motor. When my LIM gaskets blew, I held my hand back there for a few seconds and my hand was pretty wet, not dripping wet but I could shake moisture off my hand. (if that makes sense)

Back to the condensation issue, it should burn off fairly quick. I do not know how long you let your car run or how many times you have started it since your LIM gasket change, but if you are still blowing water through your exhaust (along with it running badly) and it does not go away I'd be willing to bet something did not seal up right. If you had a non supercharged car I'd point toward the black UIM having a crack, but that's not the case here. I've heard of the orings shifting during install, that's why I plug the holes up on the ones I've done. When I top swapped mine, I plugged the holes as well as used the orings... Others cam comment, but I'm on the same page Scotty is.
