I have a couple important questions---need answers kinda fast!

First, I got pulled over tonight for my tinted tails (go figure)! I didnt get a ticket but the officer said he pulled me over because he couldn't tell that my lights were on. I stopped at the gas station afterward and I could tell they were on, I dunno but I'm thinking of just getting some Red LED bulbs, anyone tried this with the tinted tails? Does it help with brightness?

Second, I am in the market for an HID conversion kit and see them all over ebay, anyone ever purchase one from there? I am hoping to not have to spend a small fortune but I definately need more light output. Can anyone tell me a good one to go with, as far as temperature goes and things like that???

Awesome! I was thinking of the 6000K, its like a diamond White which is what I'm looking for! Now, anyone know who I can get to install these and how much I'm lookin?

Just install them yourself, youd be retarded to have pay someone to put them in. If you need help search around this forum, there is plenty of different how-to's floating around.

if you can't figure out how to install those cheapo hid's you shouldn't change your own oil! There that easy. Any LED bulbs should help, they can still hassle you over the tint cause it is illegal but should make em hassle you less

Kind of on the same tinted subject, I've also been pulled over a couple times, are there any like... brighter bulbs you can buy? Or are they all pretty much the same light output?

my work sells nighthawk brake light bulbs.

They may work, but they probably burn out faster if they do at all.

Checked it out... same light output so its 100% scam, try 3457's they put out more light.

depends on how dark your tails are. If you can telll they are not stock your going to have issues.

I had bad luck with my hids i had to return them, because i could never get them to work right.

Go with 5000k hids, from what i hear there brighter than the 4300 and are most similar to daylight. I got them in my projectors and they are GREAT! 100% white light.
