I'd be pulling the valve covers. Does sound like something's broke in there. Definitely isn't lifter "tick". Broken spring or bent pushrod maybe.
 
Do you hear it note pronounced in one side? You can stick a piece of spare vac line in your ear and make a makeshift stethoscope.

yea its sitting for now until i get chance on my off day and decide on what and how to fix what it is hopefully nothing major
 


thanks everybody for help and indo keep me posted if u have any more suggestions and also i post updates on what i find out
