I've looking for a beater lately and I remembered my Dad had one of these growing up and I loved it and I still do, I love the body style, I love the Diesel, I just loved everything about it.

I think this maybe my next buy, it will probably my next purchase sometime next Fall.

But god I love the body style, just a good looking car, probably my 2nd favorite car of all time, I'd prefer a wagon W123 body style. 1st being the BMW E30.

Personally I've grown to love older cars, the design on them was so much better when they could do more than change the headlights and taillights.

I'm with you there, it allows for more personality in the car. Gonna be hard to do that in 30 years with cars made today. But it's all about the platform you start on and old bimmers, old mercedes, those are all just entirely ugly cars to me. Don't know why, but I just instinctively get pissed when I see them.

You're right Odi. Only a handful of cars I like from the 80's, the Camaro being one of them. At least we can thank the 80's for good music.
