Me either hell I barely come upon a 04+ when I do first thing I look at is the trim. Of course every single one is a stupid base model.
 
There all base models, my buddy has a hay day cause he can replace stuff and im stuck removing it so he can use it.
 
FWIW, I've pulled a lot of dash trim panels. 97-03 have some plastic to them and I've yet to ever break one. 04+'s nearly come broken from the factory. Out of say 4 that I've fixed.....only one wasn't broken before or during the HUD fix on an 04+. Oddly enough it was an 05.
 
yeah thats funny, when i pulled mine to fix(05) no issue, Buddies (05) cracked when we in the car thinking about doing it lol
