• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Ignition Switch Wiring Diagram

Hopefully that helps.

So I've almost completed the circuit for my little project, but I just need to double check on a few things before I actually order the pieces, build, test, etc.

isc1.gif

C1-A: provides constant +12v
C1-B: requires +12v to crank the starter
C1-D: provides +12v when a key is detected in the ignition switch (is this also post-PK3 logic???)

isc2.gif

C2-A: provides constant +12v
C2-B: requires +12v when you want the vehicle to be on, cut power to this if you want to shut the vehicle off
C2-C: requires +12v when you want the accessories to be on (stereo, HVAC, etc), cut power to this if you want to turn the accessories off
C2-E: chassis ground

The reason I'm asking this here is so that I don't have to go rip my car apart just to test voltage scenarios. If all else fails I guess I'll have to do it anyways, but I figured somebody on here would know these things.
