on my 2001 gtp one of the coils is going bad do I have to use the delco d576 or 10477602 or will a brand like standard d39 blue streak work I read the output is different.thanks ron.
 


installed new d576 Delco car runs much better and smother idile .also fit my static in am radio with I listen for traffic .
 
since when? ^^^^ Ive done 1 at a time on multiple vehicle, If I get a flat tire or don't replace all 4 just saying......

Most of the time the ICM is corroded under the coils too.

Agreed. Other guy is full of ****. Yea there's thing that "recommended" doesn't mean you have or should do it.
 
Ignition coils can be replaced separately on the ignition module. But if one coil is bad, it may be a good idea to replace all three on a high mileage engine to prevent similar problems down the road.
