However unfortunate to some it may seem, we have a rules process in place in hopes, that anyone coming in here as this guy has, will realize that such behavior is not accepted here and will get in line with the rules set forth here.

Rather than just ban people outright and sometimes with no notice as some other forums are prone to do, we thought it better to have sort of a progressive scale on the punishment if you will.

That process has started with this guy. While it may seem like a slow process to some, there will only be two outcomes. Either he comes in line with our standards here and becomes a productive member or our community or we will not see him around anymore. Those are basically the only two outcomes once the process has started and it was designed to do that but to give each person every opportunity to save face and be a part of this great community.
 
Uh huh..... sooo.... I still don't see the point it letting someone who's obviously only here to spam the forums, downgrade it's members, and talk trash stay on this site. Anyone can see this guys only here with one purpose, and apparently, hopefully, he's grown bored of being a dick to all the members here considering he did'nt do anything last night.


But yeah, I just don't see this process working to well in future cases when the next person comes around and spams the forums worse than he did day, after day, after day. Not to mention I, the sixth person to join this site for example. Easily picked up a one year 'infraction' for 'inappropriate language' and yet someone that comes straight out of the blue with a goal to do nothing on here but cause trouble can continue to do so free as he pleases.
 
Just out of curiosity, what would keep him from coming in under different names anytime he is banned? Or is there some way you prevent that? Just asking.

Well the reason he got as far as he did is my fault. My absence from the forums has allowed him to run around as he has. So if anyone is to blame it is myself, but he is not free to do as he pleases and we have been dealing with the situation which is probably why he has not been around. Just because it is perceived as nothing happening does not mean its not. I do not like airing such things in the forum unless it is necessary. However, believe me, he is being dealt with.
 
Scotty, your the man. Don't blame yourself. He didn't follow forum rules and I'm sure he knows he didn't. He is the one to blame. Just my opinion.
