Idle / RPM issue ** Videos ** - Need Help

I'm having an issue with my RPM's. Here's a rundown of what I did and is happening.

I just recently changed from an LS1 TB to a Accufab Ported TB. The reason for this is the LS1 was messing up my IAC's. At least that is what I thought.

After I installed the ported TB, my IAC's were still messed up. I found out that the wiring for the IAC was bad so I replaced the connector and wires. Being that a wire was bad, that actually might have been the problem instead of the LS1 TB.

Anyway with the Accufab TB installed now and IAC working good. My RPM's hang high then drop after I hit the throttle. Weither if I'm in park or driving. At idle I'm at 900-1000. After I hit the throttle the RPM's go up then instead of going back down to 900 it would hang around 1300 then drop down. This is especially annoying while driving.

My IAC is at 47 at idle. My TPS is .5 v at idle and 4.2v at WOT.

I don't have any vac leaks because I had a smoke test done. This is driving me crazy. I'm very tempted to put back the LS1 since the IAC wiring was bad to begin with. I want to get this RPM issue figured out first. I can't/don't see why this is happening.

Here are a couple of vids. Sorry if they are on the big side. They are in HD and didn't have time to resize.

Any help and/or input would be great.

I didn't change the routing of my vac lines. I do not have a vac block.

All I did was swap out the TB's

I have a stg turbo cam and I just put a meziere flexplate on.

Catching teeth on what?
haha im gonna look like a fool but where the gear connect to the flywheel, which in itself the flywheel is a gear which is mainly a circle with teeth on it or calculated jagged edges, if one becomes worn or chipped is could cause the flywheel to move more freely since it would be skipping over a tooth or edge.

This being said i have never acctually seen/heard about this happening to a car i just grew up with bikes my whole life and seen stuff like that
