Idle dropping and bouncing??

They definitely won't have that anymore. Its a discontinued part. Best advice for that is if you want an OEM one, find a local junk yard that has regals, gps, impalas, bonnevilles, montes, park aves, etc. All those cars run the 3800 motor. If you need help locating nearby junkyards, go here

that split is your problem. you need to hit a parts store, advance sells the best little t's. you need a Y and some vac line that fits the tb, then some smaller line to push inside the fat line, the Y to the other two small lines and the new line off the tb.

you'll need to cut or pull off the old factory rubber end off the hard lines, then put a inch or so of new vac line on the end of the hard lines to the Y.

No i just went to a couple different parts stored and ridiculously enough they didnt have hose that size they only dad fuel line so i grabbed some of the smallest tubing they had and a t and straight through fitting but its just not working well.

i got every parts store but o'reilly's here. and a few you never heard of too lol not even napa has the wall of t/x/y's advance has.
 
That's weird, I've got 3 or 4 O'Reilly's in my state. A brand new one is almost finished 3 blocks from me right near NAPA LOL. They are gonna be pissed when I start threatening to take my business there when I don't get the price I want haha
