So today i went to Green Bay for a Packers game and after the game while waiting in the traffic some dumb kids walked in front of my car and made the comment oh... nice Bonneville with HID's.... ya your real cool kid. When were grand prix's mistaken for Bonnevilles?
 


people call grand prix's a grand am all the time. at least a bonneville is a nice car to compare to.
 


ya i should have hopped out. and my car is just N/A but I have a nice open cone intake so it does sound very beastly. I bet the kid had fart cannons and really cool decals all over his car ;)
 
Id rather have a bonne then a gp 04+ any way but lets face it most people have no clue about cars people tell me i have a turbo allll the time
 
i think bonn's are decent lookin cars. the kid was prob just a jelous idiot. ive had people mistaken the whistle from my intake for a turbo too. some how...
 


The 00+ Bonnevilles look somewhat similar to the Prix is ways of exterior styling (just some aspects). At least he didnt compare you to a civic
 
I hate when people call my car a grand am and it happens all the time. Or the turbo thing is irritating too. 'Oh you have a gtp, so its turbo then?' i only wish lol

thanks for the laugh. (I'm a Bonne guy...kinda turning Regal guy). Only thing most mistake my 97 B'ville for is a LeSlopper.....then I'd start it. :th_laugh-lol3: No more questions after that, only starring and amazement.

Damn that's bad. Doesn't even know his own car. My friend is almost just as bad cause he calls his A B S like an abs light (pronounces it abs like on the body). It's horrible
 
One time my car got mistaken for a Grand Am.. thing is.. I told the guy if he could do headers for my Grand Prix.. he's like blah blah blah.. oh I didn't know they put headers on Grand Am's.. I was like you modda faucker, my car wasn't even by me. So this was a verbal conversation lmao
 
Many, Many, older guys are liking my Monte Carlo.
They always ask if it has a 305! :(
Just makes me feel bad when I have to explain it.
