Clogged fuel filter, clogged fuel injectors, dirty idle air control, throttle body issue.

You can clean all of these except the fuel filter, that gets replaced. I would start there. Buy a bottle of ChevronTechron fuel sytem cleaner and dump it in a full tank of gas. This stuff works, do not buy anything else, may have to repeat it, if the injectors are really dirty.
