icm question need a little help please

will any icm work from a 3800? or are the specific. installed
new crank sensor today and it cranks kinda funny like an old car
that jumped time but before all that it would just up and die
might start back up might not for a while.

then finally i had to have it towed and its dead in the drive way

this is my only car please help

is there a way to check the icm when its not runing:th_nervous:

Any way to check the icm? Not really unfortunately. They are kinda funny like that, could just up and quit one day, could be intermittent. Swap with a good known. Have you ruled it out, done other tests? What exactly is it doing before it dies?

Ignition Control Module BTW, fires the coils, injectors too i believe on these cars.

no stuble or nothing just like you turned off the ign
25 or 75 mph doesnt matter but always started back up untill well one day it didnt
checked for broken wires also that lead to cs

Fuel pump die? You really need to do more of the basic tests and go from there.

I replaced the pump because the gauge was bad
and it did it before

crank position sensor? Sorry.........didn't see where you already replaced this ...
