couple ideas.

Car show thing for Saturday Afternoon would be cool. Even if we do it in the fing Walmart Parking lot, you know? or the park, but that could be quite a crowd of cars.

Also to motivate people, give each car a number, or even have everyone go off plate numbers and vote for the nicest lookin car.? Gets people walking up and down the rows of cars and checkin them out. and have a nicest looking car, and something like that.
Food>Everyone for themselves or group up with people when we first get there and then go get what you want to eat. But either way I'm getting more and more excited about this weekend. Lets have some fun :D

A legit car show after people are traveling uneven distances isn't really fair. Not everyone is going to be able to find a carwash or be carrying detailing supplies etc. Looking at everybody's cars and taking pics would be cool though. Photoshop can clean a lot of bug splatter up.

I still think that having some snacks Saturday and having a fresh cooked meal would be the best way to go. Everybody pitching in is a hassle and food almost always runs short. Depending on the park setup it might be hard to get a grill and if its a busy park we don't want to really disturb the others. Some people will be picky about the grill food etc. It would be easier to clean up trash if we just had snacks and had someone prepare food. And any food allergies that anybody might have could be avoided if everybody picked their own food items. Noone would have to worry about sticking behind to pick up trash that may be left. I'm not trying to be negative about this, we have a large cruise here in omaha once a year with about 250 cars and one of the parking lots we use is littered so bad with trash by the time we are done that 10-20 people have to spend 2-3 hours cleaning it up.

If we do the waterpark, it would be a bad idea to eat a meal prior. You're supposed to wait an hour I think it is after eating before you swim.

No matter what we do, we need to keep in mind that there are other people out there and we want to be welcomed back next year. If we make a disturbance or a mess of the places we go, we probably won't have a very warm welcome next time around.

Maybe we should have a poll with all the options we have talked about for activities/ snacking/ food and list the pros/cons of each in a post and let the people going vote on it?

as of right now the votes are more for just everyone cruising to the local walmart or target and everyone can pick out there own snacks they choose. Than we will head to the park and set up the snacks there. I can bring some yard games and footballs or anything if some people may like that. Im pretty sure the park can fit us all. well i know it can because it has more than 15 diff grills and parts in the whole park and on section is just one big parking lot so we all could fit in there. Also there are MANY places in this park to do some photoshoots so that also works out good. :)

ill most likely just bring a bunch of stuff that doesnt neet to be cooked, or if it does it just needs to be heated up. that way i dont have to worry about being the guy on the grill when the charcoal dies.

i dont know if we wil be grilling... But if someone wants to grill they can lol. It would just be easier if everyone brought there own kinda stuff ya know?

ok so bryant this is going on on saturday? well how about EVERYONE! comes to our place of work and we tell bell to order alot more food on tht saturday, and then u guys kid nap me. ill park my car a couple business down so i can get it haha. sound good??

hey i think it would work if there were like what 70 cars going, if they kept driving around the building he wouldnt know which one i got into, haha:th_laugh-lol3:

that whole 70 car thing is true..could you imagine if they were looking for a grand prix and 70 of them drive by they would just be like ehhh. mk then

don't forget the cigerette lighter to 3 prong wall plug adapters. In the park, you can have your toaster oven plugged into your car. I'm sure there will be plenty of cars to boost you if you do run the battery too low. I know I'll have a charge pack plus cables, tool sets and everything we would need for minor repairs because you know with this many cars and people something will break.

lawn chairs ect. Yeah they are weight you won't want when we are racing, but like me I'm bringing myself and the gf and we both have grand prixs, and only mine will be running that night, hers can haul all the stuff.
