I have a 1998 grand pix gt and i am looking into buying a custom tuned pcm, i know nothing about pcms and any help in the right direction is appreciated

Do some searching and you'll find what you're looking for, but ANYONE will tell you buying a tuner and doing it yourself is the best option.

i may seem a bit dumb but i have been searching for a while and some things seem to be contradicting and does it matter that my car isnt supercharged, because it seems thqat overkills are supposed to be decent, and is tuning your self hard

Tuning yourself isn't as hard as it seems. Just read a lot and you will find everything you need to know. Knowing how to tune will give you an advantage in the long run as your modding progresses.

IMO, if you're going to get a PCM, get one after you've done a bit of work to your engine first. But if you must, I get all of my PCM work from ZZP. The nice thing though is that I live a little over an hour north of them, so I can go to them anytime I need to and jump on their dyno to have my Monte's PCM tuned.
