About 10 years ago I was at a rental with my 2nd Gen S.H.O. Running 14.0-14.1 @ 99.
an automatic 1998 2.73 gear'd LS1 TA was running 13.8-13.9 @ 99-100.
and a bone stock 5spd Mach-1 was running 13.4-13.5 @ 103ish

On the way home they raced and the Mach-1 beat him from a roll too.

Disclaimer... there was also a stock 6spd 2001 SLP SS Camaro running 13.0-13.1 @ ~107... so really it depends on which Fbody you line up with.
