click on the number of the i trader feedback recived for the person you want to leave feedback for and when it goes to the next screen just find add to ''such and such's'' reputation.the number is located right under their avartar
 
you will also need to know the URL of the person's thread.....

just copy and paste it, and leave your feedback and click submit.
