Ok so I live on the "rich" side of town mainly white people and retired people. The street I live on happens to be one of those keep up with the joneses.

There was a Lakewood ( name of the small community) meeting and it just so happen I was out of town when it was being held. Well i get back home to find a paper posted on my door about the meeting.

1. All Lawns must be kept up with the community ( We have a guy that does that)
2.Speed limit is 20mph ( you really cant go over cause there are usually people walking)
3. Watering of lawns must be done spairingly ( Is it my fault I want a nice green lawn?)

last night as I was coming home I noticed an old lady giving me the evil eye. I didnt take much to it until I parked my car in my driveway and she was waiting for me at the rear of my car.

"DO YOU KNOW HOW FAST YOU WERE GOING!"
"About 10 ma'am"
"HELL NO YOU WERENT YOU LITTLE **** I WAS WALKING AND YOU WERE GOING 45"
"ma'am I have a speedometer I know how fast I was going"

she walked off cussing and going off at me. She was litterally in my face yelling with her **** breath and jabbing me with her finger into my chest.
I'm hispanic and drive a mean black GP. I dont know wtf was her problem was other than being a racist *****. She has a problem. My family keeps to themselves we are nice and say hi to everyone. I dont know I'm just pissed because it happend again this morning and she brought her friend :th_shakinghead2:
 


I have learned that either old ppl are real nice...or the typical "get off my lawn kid" type. There is virtually no inbetween.

However, I agree with the racism hunch you had. Should of started speaking Spanish..that would really piss her off.

ehh old people have been around awhile the grumpy assholes have had a rough life or an entitled one and feel they have earned the right to be old and nasty and depending how old racism is the norm (not saying its right) just saying theyt grew up with it beat into them

Plus communitys like that are usually strict as hell thats why i like living in a bfe area
 
Yeah but we follow the rules, everything is always kept up, our lawn is perfect, and we dont bother others. It has to do with me being Hispanic, having the 3rd biggest house on the block, and having nice cars. If she does take my plates she has nothing on me, my uncle is chief so I'm pretty good lol

Please do! And I can totally relate with old people. I'm a cashier at a grocery store and of course it's my fault that they read the sign for the stuff next to what they want, not the sign for what they want.
 


Yeah I had an old guy do that to me once. I had a early 90's dodge with glass packs, just cruised down the road at like 25 and he ran out in to the road and started yelling at me saying this isnt a race track. So now the harley gets wrapped out everytime I go buy his house.
 
lady almost ran me down one time. started crossing the street, she points in front of her car. thought she was letting me go but when i start to cross she guns and slams on her brakes. i almost sh!t myself then she drives by and yells use the ****in cross walk which i was five feet from. i was so taken back i couldnt even say anything to the b****

I hate people like that. Next time drive by blasting spanish rap with a car full of people being loud and all.

When I was about 10 I had an old POS 4 wheeler that would go 30 tops. I rode by my neighbors house going about 15 mph. A little later i was going down a different road and he was coming towards me. He swerved infront of me and stopped his truck and got out and started yelling at me for riding on "his" road. Later that night he came over to my house with some papers from the development that we live in. They said no off road vehicles were allowed on the roads. They had never been voted on and the rule was never put into place. Once my dad pointed that out to him he said he just wanted to keep kids safe and didn't want me driving 45 mph past his house. My dad just laughed and said the 4 wheeler won't get close to 45 and told him to gtfo of our house.
