i need help with my 2000 grand prix gt



could be a multitude of things. bad lifter, broken valve spring, unseated rocker, could be something else.

maybe get a video of it
 
My engine was knocking, took it to the shop and it turns out that one of the spark plugs backed out and part of it broke off and ended up inside of my engine. That resulted in one of the cylinders having no compression... I ended up getting a engine from a junk yard with 80k on it for less than it would have costed for a rebuild.
