Wow, that really puts it into perspective. How about this for a stimulous package...I take one of those pallets so myself and everyone I know will not have to work again, therefor opening up jobs for others. Yup, works for me.

Ya, off topic but not...They are giving like 800billion to companies...well there is only like maybe 1billion people in the US and im pretty sure im WAY off I think its in the millions but anyways why not just cut everyone a million dollar check....lol it would be cheaper!!!!! :th_peaceout::th_peaceout: me for president! LOL:th_nanana::th_nanana:

The problem with this is that giving everyone 1 million dollars wouldn't raise anyone's spending power. It would just raise the price of goods (like the multi-billion dollar eggs I posted above) and devalue the currency.

FYI, there are a little over 300 million people in the US.

Ehh this is not true, re-distribution of wealth is a great idea, with re-distributed wealth it certainly raises peoples spending capacities. The problem is that this is a capitalist country so that idea of GIVING people money and not earning it is a horrid idea for what we are. So you think asking the banks (which are not owned by America. technically America doesn't own its own currency) to print more and lend it to the gov't and pay interest when you pay it back is a better idea? No that's garbage, it should stop the printing press altogether and re-distribute and pay people to do nothing, all you need is to be paid to do stupid tasks all day long.

Sorry if I am all over the place, when I was done with one topic another would point for that topic would pop into my head and I didn't want to have to go back :th_thumbsup-wink:
