Im at a community college for auto tech right now and just passed the basic engine class easy but very informatoinal we did a vortec 4.3 complete tear down clean and reassembly in2 weeks 4 hours for tear down a week of other stuff and then 4 hours to reassemble after not seeing it for a week it was funny what you forget in that short time
easy A though
in the fall Im taking advanced engines and Trans classes
I looked at wyotech but to much cash for me
and we are a gm sponsord program so ASEP
so I get discounts on gm parts and we get to build our own stuff
so by xmas ill has a fresh built engine with all the goodies I want in it and a newly built trans
Its definatly a good learning enviroment only draw back is they want us working at 1/3 flatrate pace
