I just can't figure out this rich tip out problem

Well my 2004 with 60lb injectors is still giving me fits.. I just can't get rid of the rich condition while tipping out of the throttle ..

I have zzp Siemens deka 60lb injectors.. On the 04 I can't find anywhere either in Hptuners - DHP - or Tiny tuners for min pulse width..

I'm going to throw my stock injectors back in on Saturday to see if the problem is the 60lb injecters.

In the meantime can someone send me a scan from their car of basically going do the expressway and tipping out of the throttle and back in ( not getting into fuel cut off ).. Just looking to see if something stands out.

Thanks for any help you guys can throw at me.

My email is [email protected] for those that would like to send a scan...

I've attached a scan of my problem ( just change the .txt extension to .csv )

Well I finally found something that makes a difference with the rich condition except that change makes it run like crap... I believe the problem lies with the min pulse width which on the 04 I can not adjust.. I'm going to guess that it is somewhere in the 1.311 range... If I lower the batt volt offset the problem goes away but then there is the problem of idling... So far it seems to be a fine line to walk .. I'm gonna mess with it some more and see if I can make it work.. Seems the only problem is you have to flash the car a 100 times to get it right.. I had a scare the other night.. DHP just stopped in the middle of a flash.. Car wouldn't turn over or anything.. Thought I bricked the thing.. Well after a full re-write it works again.. Whewww.

Is there anyone out there that is running the siemens deka IV 60lb injectors that has any insight..?? I really think this could be fixed by lowering the min pulse width but I don't have that option in HPtuner, DHP, or Tiny Tuner.. Ughhh

I have 80# injectors and I'm experiencing the same problem with mine.
Fuel economy in this piece of junk has been nearly nonexistant the last 2 years.
I just got it back on the road two days ago and am going to start data logging and messing with HPT.
I'll let you know if I find anything to aid this issue other than lying to the PCM about the size of the injectors.
Sub'd.

What I've found so far that works is to
Change IFR table to match your size injectors
I then went on to drop the injector offset vs battery volts to get a lower pulse width
Then I bumper the low pulse width vs map table up to compensate for the change in batt volt offset.. So far this has worked.. Actually it works pretty good.. Still needs some tweaking but it's better than 11:1 decel everywhere I go..

Have you tried playing with DE or DFCO?

Yeah .. With DFCO it's a little to notchy if I lower the rpm at which it will engage.. I did lower it some.. DE does nothing because I'm up against the min pulse width which is still allowing to much fuel.. I started playing with the offsets and have made it better.. I've been considering just spending the time and flowing the injectors as I have the ability at work to do so.. I can even flow them up against my stock injectors so I have some offsets to work with just in case our test board processor is faster or slower than the stock board. If I could add min pulse width to tiny tuner that would be a great help as well.. lol

Matt I'm guessing you didn't have a 04 - - and you had the ability to drop your min pulse width below 1.33 As of now I've got it fairly good with playing with the battery voltage vs injector offset table.. If I actually flowed the injectors I could probably get it dead on..
