i have a sensor hanging from tire

i have a sensor hanging from the front passenger side of the right by the tire area but looks like its coming from the engine what could this be

Is you abs light on in the car? Could be your ABS speed sensor wire.

heres a pic of it i unplugged it its running from the engine to the frame and right but the tire..the wires are stripped on it i think its a tire sensor idk

yea my abs light is on the wires coming from the sensor are stripped so i would have to rewire right?
