OKay im really fired up right now....

Earlier today i was on my way back from the bank after cashing my paycheck, I was in a good mood and listening to my new subwoofers, then i get up to a four way stop light which is pretty busy and it was around 3pm, i turned my subs down and waited for the light to turn green and start moving to turn them back up for courtesy and when i get going i pass a gas station and i see this dumb cop speed up after me like i was going 100mph...when i was only going 35mph, now heres the situation (my subs are barely on and im going 35mph in 45mph zone...now remember i was just leaving a stop light...) The cop speeds up flips his lights on and pulls me over... i have no idea why he is pulling me over at this point but, i proceed to get my license and registration and proof of insurance and stuff. the cop comes up to my window and says that my taillight was out and i asked him which one was out so i could fix it and he says he wasn't sure??? so at this point im kinda pissed he wont let me get out of my car to check ... and while all this is going on he says my tassel from graduation that was hanging on my rear view mirror was illegal???? As i thought he would, he complained about my subs although there is no noise ordinance in the middle of no where and at 3pm!!! and then he asked me what the speed limit was and since ive lived in this area longer then this dumbass has been a cop i told him it was 45 and he was like are you sure??? I point at the sign and he was like okay....:th_laugh-lol2: i told the cop to actually do something besides sit at a gas station and pull over someone who was doing nothing wrong and arrest someone killing someone or stealing something somewhere, i was like im not paying taxes and **** for you to pull my ass over for no good reason... He didnt give me a ticket because i was right about everything and my tailight wasn't out just some noobass cop trying to flex his power...I hate dumb cops

ohio FTL, i know what your talkin about man, if you come to ohio and get pulled over and dnt get a ticket its because the cop was bored or jealous of your ride and had to pull you over to complain about it

dude where in warren county do you live ? i live in warren county too i live in maineville the intersection i got pulled over in the section of 48 and 22/3

similar story that happened a few weeks ago... me in slow lane on 4 lane highway, unmarked statey a few car lengths behind me in fast lane. i put on my signal and as i was changing lanes into fast lane he speeds up to make it appear that i cut him off. he flashes his grille lights at me and im like wtf.... we keep going, a few miles down the road at a red light he rolls up next to me and was if u ever do that again im gonna give u a ticket. so i smarted off at him and was like dude u sped up.... i signaled and did everything safely and legally.... this dude goes off the walll and tells me to pull over and that im going to jail for seatbelt violation, improper lane change and get this...... LOUD MUFFLERS on a GP. really ? seriously? so i pull over and he proceeds to road rage on me hollering at me and ****.... so i say review the tape in ur car dude.... i didnt cut u off. we had words for a few minutes longer and this b1tch tells me just not to let it happen again... he knew i did nothing wrong, he just wanted to be a douche bag and was mad cuz i stood up to him at the red light... cop or no cop if im right im gonna voice it. they dont intimidate me the least little bit.

very good quote right here and police think they have all the power in the world by trying to search you and all that other sh1t but theres this thing called the 4th amendment lol, and when a police officer pulls you over it is a temporary arrest...(to be a smartass to them ask them if they have a warrant for your arrest and such lol, and with the use of the emergency lights when there was no emergency that cop was stupid as hell, i would have made him try to get charges on me so i could take that dumbass to court.

I have a similar story, I was driving back from my parents house in Akron (I live in Ohio as well, the massillon area) and a statie pulled me over when I still had my civic. When he got up to the car he told me I was driving without my front license plate in view but it just so happened to be in the front window. The cop had the nerve to tell me it needs to be mounted on the front of the car. Not to mention he had a stick up his ass. I was kinda hoping he would give me a ticket so I could take him to court...

actually in most states there is a law requiring the height at which the front plate is to be mounted...

Been told by several cops and a lawyer friend of mine that in ohio as long as the plate is in view out the front you are fine, as long as it is displayed.

you ohio guys, ever been though north hampton? the entire town is like a mile and a half long, and has two cops. them guys are nuts. i see someone pulled over there every day. one of them got me for no front plate, but he was cool enough to let me off when i said it was in the trunk. i was following a guy that decided to coast past the sign instead of braking and one of them popped out of a parking lot, smoke rolling off the back tires, and pulled him over for probably 42 at a 35 sign. and the first time i got pulled over, sheriff repeatedly spits on my car, calls me "brah", and wouldn't let me explain that my dad and i have the same name minus the middle initial so the car was in fact not registered to me. i had to get a little loud with him, so he decided to write me up for reckless op and no seatbelt when all i was doing was 8 over. got off that one though

You shoulda got the badge number and filed a complaint with his superior. But seeing how your in the middle of no where, probably wouldn't make a difference.
Still bugs me to this day when something like that happened to me and I didn't do it.

But I can say that I've run into more polite police officers then douche bags, as long as your honest... seems to work. I got let off of a 69 in a 45 ticket... that was a close one. He even complimented me on my car :th_laugh-lol2:

You guys would hate to drive in Kohler Wisconsin. They will pull you over for doing 1 over. That is no joke either, people who work at the Kohler factory talk about getting pulled over for doing just 1 over lmao. The whole city is about a mile and a half long and about 2 miles wide. Its small but boy there cops are dicks...
