I mean I agree with you matt5112 because I work at a store and I have people come back with juice that's been drunk half way and they expect a refund.. That's just ridiculous. There I will agree with you. But if I came back with in the half hour and gave you the item back not used or even open, that's a different story. If something hasn't even been opened, I don't understand why returning it would be a problem since it is no different then when you received the item. THAT is ridiculous in my book.
 


Yeah, if its mint, no problems. If its damaged, they have to either claim it or eat the cost. Small shops probably eat it and charge the customer a 15% restocking fee.

In your case, you should have had a refund the second you walked in there.
