While walkin through wall mart Sunday I see a buddy I haven't seen for a while. Get to talking and found out his wife got broadsided by a big dodge in his 04 vette a couple weeks ago and obviously totaled it. I was happy to hear she was fine...and even happier when he told me how two weeks before that he did a big brake kit and still had the stockers. So imagine my joy when I asked him how much he wanted and he said "just come get them" I freakin love having good friends haha. Thought id share my joy.

F body caliper bracket and a couple bushings. Gonna run f body rotors. There's a whole right up on it in the big bad brake thread

cant u run 04+ rotors? from what i hear theyre lighter than f-body rotors.

Yes you can. Know a guy doing it. I how ever want to fill up the wheel a bit more

i thought f-bodies were the same size as 04's +/- .1 inch

The 04+ rotors don't fully contact the pads. So says drunkie....he usually knows what he's talkin about

i just bought drunkies vette calipers. he said fbody rotors. NO 04s+ i cant wait to see how it looks behind some huge 16s

Actually its the opposite.... And the whole reason why I've been suggesting F body rotors vs 04+ rotors the entire time.

Stock is 15.

F body is 17.

04+ is 19.

GXP is ~24.

Baer two piece F bodies are 15.
