I cant decide



I have the longest res i could get its over 25" and two straight threw mufflers and its all bass no sound at the tips so i am thinking of putting two Helmholtz resonators before each muffler and one after the resonator have the elbows welded in but use a pipe with a band clamp that i could chop down to get the right sound
 
I listen to all the dynomax vt 3800 sound clips i could find and the recordings are bad some are done in garages so its hard to get a good representation of there systems i had negotiated with a seller for a pair on ebay but after we came up with a price he told me it was a year old in the box dynomax had problems with the springs in the begining and the safe sound warranty is out the window if i buy from him so i am trying to get out of the purchase
