My blocks finished and will be back next week I have heads figured out Thanks to Billboost ANd from what he has said is they are stage 2 intense heads with springs that rate out at about 110#s

But it was more then i planned on so
I can get headers now or I can get the s1x cam now

I know I need both to be running right Both will cost the same
And in january I can put the last peice in either cam or header

I realize the cam would be easy now since the blocks out but it really wont be bad to install either later
Wich would be better now With regaurds to how the car runs

I also know boi will say not to mod at all cause i wont have funds to fix what i break
 


Yea sorta what i had figured With out headers how much gain should i see with just the cam and heads

I mean I know its basically an air pump and headers free up restriction but there should be noticable diffrence ya
 
a cam will net more power than headers without a doubt. headers will just unlock a little more later.

cam + stock manifolds = torque city. ;)
 


Port your stock manny's while there off...just to help things flow a little better

would sanding drums be the way to go

Ill be ordering my s1x in the am this stuff adds up pretty quick and then it will be ssac's and devils own in january
 
Agreed. Do the cam while the motor is apart.

Cam = Pull charger, lim, lifters, rockers, timing cover, timing chain.
Headers = Lower cradle in back 3 inches, hold header up and bolt in.

Until you get headers... Say a month? Be nice and drive gently. Don't push your manifolds/engine if you don't need to.
 
Well that was fun just ordered my s1x and jp timing set
Its funny even though the moneys ment to be spent on it it still hurt to hit the continue sale button
