• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I broke it!

Okay this one is kinda a two part story/question.

Driving down the highway kinda fast ~150ish and hit this large bump. KABLAMO! Now I have no front air peice on the car right now and the lower grey peice blows out and is dragging slamming off the ground. Needless to say the peice is pretty mangled in the front and hangs slightly lower now.

Question is can I just cut back the peice back that got cut up abit or does it serve a purpose. Not that its serving any purpose now as it is completly ****ed. Its going to cause problems when I put the inferno peice back on so I dont really ahve many options as to what to do. I dont want to replace the thing if I dont have to I would rather just remove the mangled section. Ill post pics later if my vague description doesnt give a good understanding of the damage.

Any info on what this peice does would be great.

if it's the little spoiler piece, the next time you get close to that speed the front will lift sooner making steering a bit less precise, the bottom of the bumper portion is for looks really, and a bit of cooling, watch coolant temps to see if it really hurts it

When I put my aftermarket front facia on, I had to take all that off because there was no longer anywhere to secure it. I have had no problems with it off. At times it seems to run a little cooler. It's basically just a splash guard if you hit any puddles of water.

Alright awesome cutting shall be done! I havent noticed any temp issues, maybe half a tick higher but that could be attributed to manythings.
