That almost happened to me the other day. Front wheel drive cars suck in snow since the front end likes to plow forward on any amount of gas. I was going relatively slow and I started sliding towards a huge curb. I turned towards the curb which seems counterintuitive and managed to get the car going where I wanted it to go. That saved me a banged up wheel.

I would have thought to dothat in almost any other car and hope for it to jump the curb and maybe just drop tire presssure but this thing barely clears parking space bumper curbs without scraping so im pretty sure i would have lost half my front end if i went that route
