Hvac controls not working

I have a 99 gtp with the digital hvac control panel with dual climate control. Everything was working great until I blew my transmission up and the car sat for 9 months while I was trying to get ready to put a new one in. Well now trans is fixed and I have the car back on the road but the first time I turned my ac on it came on, I turned the temp all the way down and the fan all the way up and now it is pretty well stuck that way. If my ac is on the fan blows full blast. No way to turn the fan down except to turn it off. Also, only blows ice cicles, cant make it any warmer unless I turn it on dual and I can make it blow hot on passenger side but it still blows freezing cold on driver side no matter what. Also, the vent switching doesnt work either. Anytime it is on, only blows out of dash vents. Will not turn to defrost or floor at all. Everything on the panel seems to visually work, meaning I can turn the fan to one bar setting, heat to 90 degrees, and vent control to defrost and it displays all of that as I set it, but doesn't actually change the air speed, direction, or temp. Any ideas? I feel like it would be pretty farfetched to believe all the actuaters and blower motor resistor all went out while sitting, and would rather not believe the control assembly is bad because I have looked around and so far have had no luck finding one since they seemed to switch them around almost every single year and it seems to only be a gtp option as far as I can tell

That control head comes on GTs also. Probably unrelated to trans work but have you inspected the vacuum line yet?

Hmm. I was at my local pull a part and saw a few gt's but none of them had my same controls. Then again I didnt pay much attention to the year either, was just glancing inside cars as I walked past. Havent checked the vacuum line but I suppose that wouldnt hurt to do. Maybe ill get lucky and that will solve the switching issue and I will just have to buy a blower motor resistor
