HVAC Blower not working

Hello all!

So my buddy just picked up a 99 GTP. Has some issues which we've been trying to correct.

It has the dual zone climate control. The blower does not come on at all. any speed...

suggestions to where we should look first?

fuses were good.

from my limited search it looks like i may have to replace blower resistor....???

as a side note seems like water infiltration from cowl could be a related issue which we will have to check for as well...
 
Does your car have the digital display? If so I have a blower motor resistor I'd sell you. They are very expensive new.
