A tune makes a huge difference though as hv3 does not make any extra power untill 5000+ rpms, stock car shifts out at 5500-5600?stock bolts are fine, it just sits where the old runners used to. and no tune required.

I had a tune before the hv3 so i felt a defference in topend power. HOWEVER I just got my car retuned from overkill(incar tune not box tune) and he said i was running pretty lean so he added fuel and more timing. and now it pulls even harder, very satisfied on the hv3 but tune makes or breaks the experience.

i thought it was garunteed 15 whp without additional mods, and the 20+ was with the rockers/cam, well either way after the headers and tune up it should run alot better, then ill get rockers in the nearish futurestock tune shifts early, and it works best with a non-stock valvetrain.
That 30 CHP number is with ER rockers already installed.
