On zzps site it says "throttlebodies no longer come with MAF".Does this mean i have to reuse my stock one or what? Are these TB really worth all that dough?

yes, you'd reuse your stock MAF.

no, the throttle body is not worth it for you and will net you zero power gain.

wow.Ok, guess ill put my money elsewhere.There are a few junkyards around maybe i can snag an L67 TB and put it on when im reay for a tune?

I got one used from a member a few years ago. I did not notice too much of a difference.

I droped two tenths off my 1/4 mile when I went from the GT to the GTP TB. Just my 2 cents. Granted my situation was a little different

that is a good setup i had everything except tune and rockers but i did have a l67 tb cause it was 20 bucks and ran a 15.2 which isnt bad for basic mods with the l67 tb i picked up 1 tenth but that could have been anything cooler engine etc so i doubt it give much gain maybe 2-3 hp

You don't really gain any HP...its all about throttle response...especially if you were on stock injectors your tune was way outta whack...lol
