HUD Stuck all the way up

Hey I'm new to the forums and I'm looking at an 04 GTP Comp G. The HUD on it displays all the info, but it's stuck all the way up and you can only see it if you get down really low and look up through the steering wheel. The adjustment buttons don't move it up or down. Would this be a simple fix like just manually adjusting it or would a dealer have to do it. I have to decide whether or not to have them fix it now or lower the price more.
