HUD Modding

I am adding a HUD to my Grand Prix GT. It already had the wiring for it so I bought the new trim and put it in and hooked up the HUD. But. When I tried to hook up the switch there was no wiring for that of course. Is it buried back there or do I need to splice some wires to it, which wires do I need to splice to it?

I'd think if the hud wiring was there, the switch needs to be there. Because the switch has a 2 or three wires directly to the hud. wiring.

What color are the wires leading to the plugin for the switch?

Pink, and a couple others. I forget. They'll be loomed, so you won't have much luck finding them based on color.

It really isnt there. Is it possible to splice the necessary wires?

Is it a pink, a white and a green wire?
