Hud and driver window issues

I've been searching and searching but i haven't found any links that point directly to hud trouble shooting. My hud pretty much doesn't work. Sometimes it'll come on but then it kinda fades out. When i look at it from outside the car i see something that looks like a shutter. I also have wierd noises that come from that area at different random intervals and times. Any suggestions? also my driver window goes down fine but wont come back up easily. Any suggestions?:confused:
 


the window, is it fighting to come up, or is the switch crapping out? because the switch is a common problem. Mine is broke right now, too. I threw in a dummy switch until I can find a new switch
 
im curious about the hud issue too. at night the brightness keeps changing. sometimes its fully on sometimes it's so dim i cant even see it. and it goes anywhere in between
 
the window is fighting to come back up. It goes down just fine though. and my hud is everywhere too, bright, dim, off and now it doesnt do anything at all. i can't even hear the little adjustment motor anymore. where can i find a replacement?
