Yeah...that screams air leak. It keeps throwing me off.

New update!!
Was driving around today and noticed that the whistle was still present even when I had the windows and/or the sunroof open. So, as I was driving around, I pushed on the windshield near the rearview mirror and it lessened to a degree that if I pushed super hard, it stopped. So, as far as I can tell it is my windshield not sealed correctly. Once I get this fixed, I will take it out again and see if it makes the whistling noise. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.
