Hey yall im a str8 up newb to the forum.. a GP owner wannabe if you will ( soon to be more like it) i had a 97 GT a while back, it was "KIA" got t-boned by some ricer running a stop sign.. any who im getting a gtp in a month or so once i find a clean black 2/4 door ( not gonna settle)
i wanna start off by saying whats crackin from houston!

and it seems everyone here has respectable taste when it comes to rims..

so0o.. i was looking at the "Liquid Metal, Static silver polished 18"'s and anyways... i was wondering what the max WIDTh i could get would be.. something to hug in the turn and put some power to the ground w/o any complications.. like 8.5-9.5's? any info would help i know this is probably a repetitive question.. :th_peaceout:

I have 18 x 8.5 with +35 offset on my GTP. Most members stay 9" or under for width. Post up in that section and you'll get advice and opinions about your planned setup.

she was all stock but we all know.. thats somewhat of an understatement cause GP's are like fat kids... if you push them just right they can move like the wind!

Oh btw in that pic the seat is moved up so close cause well.. im short i actually sat that close lol ( i have short legs :lol: )

i like her cant tell its a gt unless u pop the hood looks exactly like my 99 gtp bbut dif color nice score man
