This is weird I cant upload pics every time I try I get this error? Any thoughts?

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."
 


use the IMG code or DIRECT link code for the picture from photobucket or where ever and then paste that to the little yellow box with the mountain in it on the relay to thread page where you type.
