How to take off the top interior light panel?

Mine is really loose and squeaky, so I'm trying to take it off and re-seal it or something somehow. It also vibrates so much when my subs are blasting. How do i go about this without breaking it?
 


Thanks for linking me to that, but the top of that doesn't look like mine does. Its shows theres two screws on the whole top panel but mine only has the little square part sitting on the ceiling.
