How to- Retrofit Projectors 97-03 GP

Read through this whole thread and I'm definitely gonna throw classy a couple bucks to make some for me. Does anybody have a picture of the headlights with the demon eyes and audi light strip or any pics with an audi looking light strip. Looks completely cool on a GP!!!

I got mine from Classy, after failing on doing my own. I had him throw in some demon eyes (still not hooked up).....

Oh I should post where I'm at then. I'm almost done. Once I'm happy with the aim and angle, all I need to do is get the lenses on. I lost one of the hid bulb clips, using zip ties now..

It is plug 'n play.....

Mount ballasts'.
Mount HID harness.
Plug ballasts' into HID harness.
Plug HID harness to bulbs.
Wire harness to power and ground.
Plug factory harness to HID harness.

That's about it.

Thanks Bronco but thats pretty much my point, where exactly is a good place to mount all of the above, ie harness and ballasts?

its pretty much wherever you want. Obviously the ballast needs to be relatively close to each light. I mounted my ballast right behind and below each headlight where they are hidden and out of the way. As far as the relay box, I mounted mine by the battery and ran all wiring through the factory loom to the relative headlight.

Bronco, whoever the guy is in the link you shared should be shot installing HIDs without projectors. Greatest way to blind people and improperly use HIDs! Just my opinion.....

When do you want to shoot me? And why pick on me? Like I'm the only one that did such a nasty thing. You would really hate me if you knew how many PNP kits I've sold for just such an install. :p

Navy, if they put HIDs in just a stock Halogen Housing with no projectors, yep sure would. Sorry just think its dumb. If you're gonna do it , do it right!! I dont see the sense in blinding everyone else just so you can see better! Oh well guess it happens. Bronco, mannnn you know better than that, HA! I have no probs with the pnp kits, but people need to understand that HIDs belong with projectors! And I know you do, so I guess I will save this round for some other sucker! ;) Btw the present looks good, and I have no trouble sleeping anyways! ;)

Black friday I'm 95% sure I might be buying some classy retros.

Also you should try arguing HIDs on Facebook its like talking to a damn wall. Everyone always said "i don't get flashed" "i aimed them down" "i saw my headlights coming at me and they aren't that bright"

Everyone always recommends 8000k 55w kits. I stopped wasting my breath you can't change stupid lol. Plus some of them straight up don't give a crap what the other driver sees as long as they can see. <-- that really argrivates me.

All good here.

Since getting the projectors, I am a converted hater of PNP kits. Also, I'm seeing a lot of big rigs on the road with the LED headlights; those things are freaking crazy bright. None of the glare like PNP kits, but just brighter.
