How to Remove the B-Pillar + Top of the Door Weather Strip '97-'02

I found this write-up on the web. It has picture instructions on how to remove the B-pillar Trim/Appliques. I made changes to it to include the Top of the Door Weather Strip plus Part #s and links to the parts.

Make sure you pay attention to how you take them out, to make sure that you put the weather stripping back where its suppose to be.

You will need to remove the door panel in order to remove the mirror.

Tools needed:Slotted & Phillips Screwdrivers, 7MM socket.

Take flathead and carefully pry out the plastic/rubber stopper at the top corner of the door:



Take Phillips and remove the top screw:



Take 7mm socket and remove the bottom bolt:


Pry away the thick weather stripping. Pull towards you on the sides and downward at the top. Might take a little tugging and finesse to get it:


Let the stripping hang by the mirror area and remove these 4 screws:


Remove the upper portion by pulling outward and towards you.
Again, might take some finessing:



After strip is removed, it exposes 2 more bolts. One at the top, and there is one on the inside portion of the B-pillar:



Now remove the B-pillar by wiggling and sliding upwards:

Now just slide in your new or refinished B-pillar or Top of Door Weather Strip carefully
and reverse what you just did and your done!

I have DESPERATELY been looking for instructions on how to remove the chrome trim from my car... but the pictures are gone, is there any way to see these... ? A visual instruction would be great... any help would be appreciated.
 
Sorry, I had them on my other computer which I don't have any more. I checked all my USB flash drives and couldn't find them. I don't have the GP any more.
