how to remove starter?

My starter’s going out on me and I need to know how to take out the old unit and install the new one. I did a few searches and I just need to confirm with those who has done it to agree and/or correct me:
-Disconnect negative terminal on battery
-Jack car up and on jack stands
-Remove the front plastic piece of the dust shroud of the flexplate
-Remove the 2 15mm bolts-is it just those 2?
-Heard to be careful not to have the starter fall on you lol

I understand to disconnect the wires on the 2 contact points but I thought I noticed on the other end(drivers side) there was another wire bolted onto the starter? This is where im stuck. I just ordered a lower mileage starter from ed so that’ll be something I can work on on the weekend. Thanks!:)

Starter is a piece of cake! Just 2 bolts and couple wire contacts, thats it! Very simple to do. No shims like starters on older vehicles, no shimming required at all.

And, the starter is definatly heavier than is looks, be careful....
