Couple questions...

Can anyone get this link to work? I change to .com and brings me back to the home page 404 Not Found

Is there any reason a 1 ton engine hoist wouldn't do the job? It's the cheapest one I can find used in the area. Will only be using once so don't want to by anything new.

I think i've got all the information I need saved in a word doc that i'll print for when I'm ready to tackle this. Just trying to make sure I have everything thought out and don't need to stop in the middle for any reason.
 
one ton hoist is fine. you need the photo bucket extension from the chrome store to see the pics. not that theres all that many.
 
Engine alone is probably around 600lbs. When lifting engine with trans, a one ton might get a little light in the back end. But you should be fine.
