How To Open A Seized Door

Any idea on how to open my front passenger door? It is seized shut and won't open. I don't know how to get the inner panel off without wrecking it.
 


its not easy went thru this with a Aveo ....you may not be able to get the door panel off without destroying it then you gotta cut the striker bar was a major PITA to do
