How To Fix Fender/Door??

Heyy. As some of you may know, my 99 Grand Prix GT was wrecked before I got it. As a long story short, the owner's kid ran it over a street sign of some sort. Anyways, in the process he did some damage. He scratched the hell out of the bumper so I just want another bumper cover. Under the car theres a bent piece but it's not affecting anything. But the fender/door is rather messed up. I can't open the passenger door without it popping really loud and I don't want to break it further. Here are some pics I took of it:

My dad says he can fix it. So, my question is: What is the best way to do this? Does the door need to be removed? Can we just bow it out and bolt it back up? What about the way that lower door panel strip (idk the name) is bowed out?

All help is greatly appreciated y'all. Thanks!! :)

yea thats sorta what crossed my mind, fender would be easier i knew. why wouldnt u mess with the door tho? just out of curiosity..

what dent are you seeing? the lower part of the door panel thing is basically just pulled out a little, from what i can tell. no real dent that i can see. just everything out of place pretty much.

take the fender off, see if you still have the problem, door looks fine, just lighting causing it to looked caved in.

I think the door problem isn't from the kid hitting something. Both my doors did this, and mine is also a coupe. The hinges get bent or shift and that causes the door to collide with the fender. Readjust the door. If it's still pretty good, you should be able to just open the door and grab it near the fender and then pull it towards the back of the car.
