How To: Disassemble Dual Climate HVAC Controller

I took this apart, then took images of the re-assembly, but posted in order of dis-assembly. Should make sense. LOL



Remove the two large knobs and the two small knobs:

Remove the 2 screws on each switch:

There are 3 springs under the one switch:

Remove the 2 screws holding the front and back together:

Separate the face from the back:

Here is your pile of parts:

Bulb locations:

Switch loacations:

And there you have it.

Note: when removing the knobs from the heat sliders, mine were very tight, so I put some needle nose pliers on the shaft before prying on the knob. If you pry to hard, you may damage the slider(s).
